Are the phone numbers real?

Yes. They come straight from each business's own public Google listing, exactly as the owner published them. Some businesses don't list a number at all — those show up as "Phone not listed" rather than a guess.

Do I need to know how to code?

Accepted Answer

No. You type a city, pick a business type, and click search. Every lead comes back with its score, the reasons behind it, and a pitch you can copy — there is nothing technical to set up.

Which cities and countries does it work in?

It is built and tuned for US cities right now — search by city rather than state ("Richmond, VA" works far better than "Virginia"). Other countries may return results, but the scoring and pitch wording are written with US local businesses in mind.

What if a business already has a website?

They can still be a strong lead. A missing website is only one of the signals — thin review counts, a mediocre rating, and an incomplete Google profile all count too. A business with a site but 8 reviews at 3.6★ is a real reputation and SEO opportunity, and every lead gets an angle, even the strong ones.

How is the Opportunity Score calculated?

Each search analyzes up to 20 listings and scores every business from 0 to 100 on its digital presence. Points come from four signals: no website, very low review counts, a low rating, and missing opening hours. An established business — one with solid reviews and a good rating — that has no website scores highest of all, because it has proven demand and the cleanest possible pitch. Results are sorted so those land at the top. The separate Google Profile score is different: it measures how complete their listing is, not how good a prospect they are.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel a paid plan at any time, and cancelling stops all future renewals immediately. You keep paid access until the end of the period you've already paid for. If you cancel within 14 days of a charge, email support and we'll refund that payment in full — see our Refund Policy for details.

Is my data safe?

Your account, search history, and saved leads are stored in our database with per-account access rules, meaning your records are only ever readable by your own account. Data travels over encrypted connections. We don't sell personal data, we don't share it with advertisers, and we use no advertising or tracking cookies. You can delete saved leads yourself at any time, or email privacy@firstclient.app to have your whole account removed.
